Completed in 2025, this project involved the complete transformation of an existing automotive dealership to create a new home for Ajax Genesis.
Originally constructed in 2001 for Acura, and later adapted for Hyundai, the building's existing structure provided a solid foundation for reinvention.
The project saw the full demolition and reconstruction of the showroom, designed to embody the Genesis brand's premium identity. A striking curtainwall facade defines the new space, offering transparency and an elegant frame to the carefully curated interior.
The service area was retained within its original footprint but was structurally upgraded with roof reinforcement to accommodate the new design requirements and support Genesis's commitment to premium customer experience.
