Client: Schlegel Urban Developments
Located just across from the iconic St. Jacobs Farmers' Market, this project involved the transformation of a former barn-style retail building into a vibrant brewery and restaurant destination.
Completed in two phases following the client's acquisition, the renovation was designed to complement the market experience and strengthen the site's role as a regional attraction.
The design preserves the character of the original barn structure while introducing updated interiors, improved functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors. The result is a unique blend of heritage charm and contemporary hospitality, reinforcing St. Jacobs as a culinary and cultural destination in the Waterloo region.
